1. Shipping Coverage
Abhirang (Pybex Technology Private Limited) currently ships across India. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage to international destinations.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within:
- Standard Items: 1-2 business days
- Custom/Personalized Items: 3-5 business days
- Pre-order Items: As specified on product page
Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, or high demand periods.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999
Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹999
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and cart value.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Email notification with tracking details
- SMS with tracking link
- Tracking information in your account under "My Orders"
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes can be made before dispatch by contacting customer service.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails:
- You will be contacted to reschedule delivery
- Package may be returned to us after maximum attempts
- Return shipping charges may apply for reshipment
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@abhirang.store within 48 hours of delivery/expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund.
