Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other locations. We also offer express shipping options at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding to international shipping soon!
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes! We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors if available. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.

How should I care for my t-shirt?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets through our secure payment gateway powered by Razorpay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and don't store your payment information. All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant platform.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Currently, we only accept online payments. We're working on adding COD as a payment option soon.
