Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
At Abhirang (Pybex Technology Private Limited), you can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched
- After Dispatch: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned following our refund policy
- Custom Orders: Personalized or custom products cannot be cancelled once production has begun
2. How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order:
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Order" button (if available)
- Or contact us at support@abhirang.store with your order number
3. Cancellation Timeline
Standard Orders: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
Pre-orders: Can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled dispatch date.
4. Refund After Cancellation
If you cancel your order before dispatch:
- Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- No cancellation charges apply for pre-dispatch cancellations
5. Seller-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing or product information errors
- Fraudulent transactions or payment issues
- Inability to deliver to the specified address
In such cases, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
6. Partial Cancellations
For orders with multiple items, you may cancel individual items if the order has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, you cannot partially cancel the order.
